Purchase a Natural Gas Grill or Water Heater
KUB sells natural gas grills, natural gas water heaters, and electric water heaters. This includes assembly, home installation, and 0% on-bill financing.
Grills: KUB offers:
- Broil King Monarch 320 NG, 30,000 BTUs - $800
- Broil King Baron S 490 PRO IR NG, 40,000 BTUs - $1400
If a natural gas connection is needed at the deck or patio, KUB can install a tap to the existing gas system, run piping beneath the deck or around the patio, and connect the new grill, all in a single day.

- Bradford White
- State

Finance a Natural Gas or Electric Water Heater
KUB offers 0% on-bill financing for natural gas or electric water heaters. Customers who purchase an appliance from KUB (details above) are eligible for KUB financing.
Natural Gas Appliance Rebates
KUB’s Natural Gas Appliance Rebate Program offers natural gas customers rebates on appliances including ranges, water heaters, clothes dryers, and heating units. Rebates are available for customers who:
- Convert an electric appliance by purchasing and installing a new natural gas appliance or
- Convert an existing propane appliance by purchasing and installing a new appliance or converting the existing appliance from propane to natural gas

Appliance Installation
In addition to appliance services detailed above, KUB assists customers in a variety of ways, including adding or extending fuel lines to serve natural gas appliances and new appliance installation.
Installations must be completed within code enforcement requirements, if applicable. KUB conducts on-site estimates to establish the scope of work and pricing required for each installation.
Please note the appliances not purchased through KUB must be new.
